| 1. Known or suspected pregnancy |
6. Ongoing CPR |
| 2. No IV access (cannot give HS through IO) |
7. Injury to treatment >4 hours |
| 3. Age <15 or estimated weight <50 kg if age unknown |
8. Burns >20% TBS |
| 4. Patient received > 2 liters NS or LR |
9. Known prisoner |
| 5. Hypothermia (T < 28°C) |
10.Drowning or asphyxia |
