We are no longer using JEMS Prepare for CE. We are in the process of moving to CentreLearn. All users will go to centrelearn.com and click on the "Login" tab located in the upper right-hand corner.

Instructions for usernames and passwords for all departments

All users should have received a username and password from your department's supervisor(s). Generally, the format is as follows: utsw + first initial + last name (i.e. John Smith = utswjsmith), and the password is the same as the username but needs to be changed as soon as you log for the first time.

Everyone MUST add their state license and expiration date, national registry license and expiration date, date of birth if its missing, and employee ID# the first time you log in.

You may see some of the same modules you've already taken on the JEMSprepare site - you DO NOT have to retake them.

Human Participant Protections Education Course
Information about the rights and welfare of human participants in research.
The two-hour tutorial is required.
You MUST print and provide a copy of your completion certificate to your department upon finishing the course.
